phbCatalystgroup is pleased to announce that Will Seward has joined Catalystgroup as a Principal. Under the leadership of Mr. Seward, Founder of Chilmark Construction, and a seasoned New York City General Contractor and Real Estate Developer, Catalyst Chilmark, LLC will provide general contracting services to the New York marketplace.
phbCatalystgroup, the notable New York City based Construction and Development Advisory company, founded by Mark Harari and Carlos J. Pesant in 2003, will expand their service offerings with General Contracting in addition to Construction Management, Owner’s Advisory, Project Management and Development.
